Former Employee, more than 1 year
Pros
Nada I can recollect of other than that you do get to meet really awesome pediatricians, but then again, you could do that on your own by providing them with a service and equipment that actually works and that is scientifically audio without working for a psychotic abusive boss.
Cons
Even their listing on Glassdoor is a prevarication. They don't have more than x employees maximum, and the sales force is rotated every year. their sales strength is run as a Ponzi scheme of sorts. They hire salespeople knowing that virtually are non going to desire to bargain with the nutjob boss who has to be the worst salesperson in the world. The CEO thinks that ripping off customers and charging them every bit much equally possible for a service that but does not work is a smart business organisation plan. If you are hired by iScreen, make you wait advisedly at your reimbursement contract. The big money is in residuals on the tail stop and they merely burn you or strength you lot to become a 1099 employee afterwards you start making existent money. Cadet runs the sales department similar a criminal organization. It is beyond unethical and this is particularly icky because the company claims to be ethical and claims that it abides by laws, etc... Call back nigh the fact that in the companies 10 + year history, not Ane salaried Sales person has been there for more 1 year. That tells you everything you need to know.

Quondam Employee, more than 3 years
Pros
none. This identify is beyond toxic, It sucks life force out of you.
Cons
In that location are very few places that you will ever accept the misfortune to work for that will actually try to cheat you out of money and actively endeavour to rip off employees and customers; unfortunately, this is i of them. Their pricing structure takes advantage of customers who do not actively endeavour to get a better deal past actually investigating if the products/services piece of work and what else is available on the market that will better arrange their customers. iScreen peddles old technology coupled with horrible service that pretends to be something it is not. They add insult to injury by ripping off their sales people by forcing them into a organization where they build customers for the company and as before long as they are looking at getting long term residual income, they are forced into becoming independent 1099 reps or threatened with losing all commissions they have earned up to date. The sort of Ponzi scheme that they create is criminal and information technology is simply a matter of time earlier the system is closed downward considering of a lawsuit. I am not sure that what they are doing is 100% illegal, but I am certain that information technology is unethical and prays on people who are drastic for a job. This is the kind of company that I believe Glassdoor was created for. Stay away from this company. No thing how good you recall the offering might be, unless you are actively planning to only piece of work there for iii months while y'all look for something better, you lot volition regret every minute at this place.

Former Employee, more than 1 year
Pros
Learned almost center manufacture and met some really prissy pediatricians
Cons
The CEO is about the worst boss yous could ever imagine in your worst nightmare. He is a dominate who really insists on existence known as the boss. Needless to say he is the worst boss I have ever had and I never realized how lucky I was to have bully bosses until working for this guy. He single handedly makes working at that place a miserable experience. The analysts are super nice and incredibly helpful and the other sales reps are similar deer stuck in headlights. Anybody who works in that location suffers from PTSD just from having to bargain with the abusive toxic environs. Sales meetings are twice a calendar week and completely useless. Pricing is predatory and takes advantage of customers who don't know they can get much amend deals elsewhere. There is nothing redeeming in how the company is run and it all goes back to an out of control megalomaniac CEO who simply believe that his Stanford caste gives him the smarts to sympathize and do things improve than everyone else. He really sees empathy as a weakness and has some very scary views on simply doing the right thing.
